Our Story
Vardot was founded in 2011 and grew through Drupal contribution, enterprise delivery, and long-term partnerships across 30 countries.
15+ Years of Contributions to the Open Source
Vardot was founded by engineers who believed open source could support the institutions people depend on. Drupal gave the team a global platform and a community in which contribution mattered as much as delivery.
The work grew from regional projects into long-term programmes for UN agencies, universities, governments, and multinational organisations.
Today, Vardot operates across North America and the Middle East, with more than 70 people serving organisations in 30 countries.
The company remains independent, contributes to the software it builds on, and stays accountable for platforms long after they enter production.

Beginnings
Founded in Jordan by a group of Drupal engineers.
2013
Regional Leadership
Delivered our first large-scale enterprise platform and set the engineering standards we still work to.
2015
Scaling Innovation
Launched Varbase, our enterprise Drupal distribution, and became an official Acquia partner.
2018
Global Footprint
Reached 15 countries, opened our US headquarters in Santa Clara, and took on major NGO and government work.
2020
Vargive Launches
Built Vargive for humanitarian fundraising, with UNHCR as our flagship client
2023
Drupal + AI
Became a Gold Sponsor of the Drupal AI Initiative and earned ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
2024
GCC Expansion
Opened offices in Riyadh and Dubai to support Gulf growth.
2025
Diamond Status
Achieved Diamond Certified Drupal Partner status, the highest tier Drupal awards.
